Our community-based approach means we come to you — at home, at school, or on the job — guiding you every step of the way with compassion, expertise, and a plan that’s tailored to your goals.
You don’t have to navigate recovery alone. Let’s rebuild together.

With extensive experience in community-based rehabilitation, I focus on empowering clients to safely return to school, work, and meaningful daily activities after sustaining critical injuries with a focus on brain injury/concussion rehabilitation.
Based in Toronto, I work closely with youth, adults, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized, evidence-informed concussion care that support long-term success. My approach blends functional cognitive assessment and retraining, environmental adaptations, and gradual return-to-activity planning. Whether it’s addressing changes in thinking, managing fatigue, overcoming sensory sensitivities, or rebuilding confidence, I aim to make recovery practical, positive and achievable — right in the context of each client’s real life.
I believe concussion rehabilitation is more than symptom management — it’s about restoring participation, autonomy, and quality of life.

Brain injury and cognitive rehabilitation focuses on learning symptom management, and strategies to overcome thinking challenges (such as with memory, attention and executive skills). Occupational Therapist have unique skills to help in recovery, including concussion rehab.

Occupational Therapy provides chronic pain treatment which is focused on learning strategies to pace and modify activities of daily living.

Occupational Therapists are trained to complete a home safety assessment. The assessment encompasses an evaluation of the living environment and recommendations for modifications or assistive devices to increase safety around the home.
Occupational Therapists are healthcare professionals who work with a variety of populations to help them maintain or return to a variety of occupational domains including self-care, social activities, work, school or housekeeping tasks.
